Referral Bonus program is to encourage our employees to in hiring the best candidates for our company. Bonuses will be made only for direct referrals and not for walk-in candidates, immediate family members, former employees or candidates that apply through employment agencies. Employees must submit the referral form along with candidates resume prior to their initial interview. All regular, full, part-time and contract employees are eligible for the bonus.
